Not far south of the “Abel Tasman NP” you can find an interesting looking rock.
Like a split apple it lays in the sea and makes the perfect photo object.
Luckily we had an awesome sunset there and I could photograph the rock with a beautiful looking sky. It was one of the most colorful sunsets we had in New Zealand so far.
Another trip we made, was all the way up north to “Farewell Spit”. Where tons and tons of sand build beaches and huge dunes. It feels like a desert when you walk across a dune and can’t see anything but sand.
The clear sky we had, was good for us but bad for the photos. So we used our time to have some fun jumping around.
